- Ensuring that we have the Infra-Structure (Trained Personnel, 3D Fitting and Live Fitting, Quality Management Software) to meet all the demands of our customers across our supply base in Bangladesh, China, India & Pakistan
- Continuous training of supply chain partners through our highly trained technical team, including garment technical and production quality assurance offering support from design to delivery
- Offering Total Quality Management systems (TQMS)
- Providing technical assistance and work on the Quality Management System improvement on the shop floor
- Skilled to Manage on the Floor and Online Quality, mid and final Inspections and additionally provide 3rd Party platform inspection facilities as per customer requirements
- Providing in-house Audit Facilities for Evaluation of Stock/Mill/Factory Evaluation/2 and 3rd Tier Facilities
- In-House Production Planning & Control department/Industrial Engineering and Audit Teams who are actively involved to help reduce DHU, Short-Shipments, and ensure timelines agreed with Buyers are met
- Equipped to provide on sight inspection visibility both during and post inspections
